The Service provides lore, character profiles, blog content, media, and books related to the Eternal Night Universe, and allows registered users to submit fan art, fan writing, and comments. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

By submitting fan art, fan writing, or comments, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Service. You retain ownership of your original submission, but confirm that:

• the content is your own original work, or you have the right to submit it;
• the content does not infringe any third party's rights;
• the content does not violate these Terms.

We reserve the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any submitted content at our discretion, without notice.

All Eternal Night Universe characters, lore, artwork, and related materials, except for content submitted by users under Section 3, are the property of iHalcyonAG47 Development and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this material without written permission, except as permitted for personal, non-commercial fan use.

Books available through the Service are sold via Stripe. All sales are subject to Stripe's terms and our own refund practices, described at the point of purchase. Prices and availability are subject to change.

You agree not to:

• submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing;
• impersonate any person or entity;
• attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service;
• use the Service for any commercial purpose without permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iHalcyonAG47 Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
